You likely figured it out already (or found a FAQ anyway) but just in case … you have to 1st get the blueprint for the Spectacular Spa on the 3rd island think it is (it’s in a cave iirc but it’s random so can’t really say which cave sorry). Then after you get the BP you go back and talk to the troll first, then to the lady/ghost inside the spa, then block the hole the troll’s peeking through, then talk to the lady again and she’ll give you the idea to create the Fountain that finishes out the Spa which concludes 1 of the 5 challenges for chap 3. 🙂

I know this is about a month old and you probably know this already but it’s not a seed of life you get from there. What you do get is the creation of the Fountain you need in order to complete the Spectacular Spa which is needed for chap 3 .. which is another quest on it’s own to get the blueprint for the Spa.

You missed something on Kol – Island of Lava. At the easternmost point of the hot-springs to the north there’s a ruined bath house with a monster peeping on a female ghost. Block the hole the monster is peeping through and you get a “Seed of Life” I think it was.
