Game retroactively can detect a controller it supports. This guide will work for a controller it cannot detect but if youre using (like me) a third party xbox 360 controller that DOA5 triggers dont work but the game can still detect(Even if you do unplug it and plug it in on the menu) it immediately detects it and adds it to the list making it revert back to the old settings. gg anyways though
